Experienced with analysis of various communications and technologies and skilled with collection, analysis, and reporting of Dialed Network Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI), including site surveys, network mapping, target packages, precision geolocation systems, and direction finding utilizing various platforms.
